冷冲模电火花加工层的疲劳磨损与耐磨性

摘    要:分析了CrWMn钢冷冲模电火花加工表面的疲劳磨损机理,研究了Cr12模具钢电火花加工表面在冲击负荷下的耐磨性。CrWMn钢电火花加工层的疲劳磨损与材料中的网状碳化物有关,低硬度的回火软化层加速模具的疲劳磨损。Cr12钢的电火花加工层可提高耐磨性。

Abstract:The fatigue wear mechanism on electro-discharge machining surface of coId stamping die made ofCrWMn steel has been analysed. The wear resistance of electro-discharge machining surface of Cr12 steel with animpact load has been studied' The results show that the fatigue wear,on electro-discharge machining surface,wasrelated with the carbide network in steel. The tempered layer with a lower hardness can speed up the fatigue wearof dies. The wear resistance of electro-discharge machining surface of Cr12 steel is higher
