摘    要:化学溶液吸收法脱除CO2是工业中一项传统的净化气体的方法.醇胺溶液具有对烟道气二氧化碳吸收速率快、吸收容量大及再生简单的特点,成为目前吸收溶液优选中的研究重点.在各类醇胺溶液中,TEA溶液对二氧化碳吸收容量为1 mol TEA/1 mol CO2,是MEA和DEA CO2吸收容量的两倍,但因吸收速率慢而未受到重视.作者采用搅拌实验装置对TEA吸收和解吸二氧化碳的特性进行了研究,揭示了吸收速率、吸收容量和解吸速率与酸碱度、时间之间的内在联系,并进行了指数增长和衰减拟合,拟合率在95%以上.

EXPERIMENT RESEARCH OF TEA SOLUTIONS ABSORB AND DESORB THE CARBON DIOXIDE BASED ON MIXING ROUND METHOD

Abstract:The scrubbing of carbon dioxide by solvent is a traditional process for gas purification. At present researchful focus is the the choice of amine solution,for amine solution have the characteristic of quick absorption, large absorption capacity and simple regeneration. Among all kinds of amine solution, the carbon dioxide capacity of TEA is 1 mol TEA/1 mol CO2, which is double times of MEA and DEA. Because of slow absorption rate, TEA solution is not paid much attention to. This paper used mixing round experiment equipment to study on absorption and desorption characteristic of carbon dioxide. The conclusion offered connec- tion among absorption rate, absorption capacity, desorption rate and pH, time, and also carried through simulation based on exponent rise and exponent attenuation, whose accuracy are more than 95 %.
