增压柴油机进排气过程的模拟计算研究

摘    要:基于GT-POWER软件建立了包括增压柴油机进气系统、排气系统和排气消声器的工作过程模拟计算模型,通过模拟计算研究了发动机的外特性指标、最高燃烧压力、进排气系统压力波动、消声器端口压力等参数的变化,试验验证表明:所建立模型能够正确预测发动机进排气系统中的压力波。

Abstract:A numerical model for simulating the intake system, exhaust system and exhaust muffler of turbocharged diesel engine was developed based on GT-POWER software. A research on the engine performance at full load, firing pressure in cylinder, pressure fluctuation in intake and exhaust system, pressure of muffler outlet was made using this model. Experiments demonstrate that the model based on GT-POWER can be used to predict the pressure fluctuation in intake and exhaust system.
