SiC/Al复合材料的组织与力学性能研究

摘    要:采用无压浸渗法制备了SiC/Al复合材料.研究不同颗粒大小的复合材料的抗弯强度、金相组织和断裂机理。结果表明:颗粒尺寸为20um的SiC/Al复合材料抗弯强度最高:小颗粒复合材料的断裂以沿晶断裂为主,局部有韧性撕裂的特征,而大颗粒还伴有穿晶解理特征。

Abstract:In this paper, SiC/Al composites were fabricated by pressureless infiltration technique. And the bending strength, microstructure and failure mechanism of different particles of SiC/Al composites were investigated. The results showed that the bending strength of SiC/Al (20μm) composites was the highest. The fracture of fine particle composites were mainly intergranular rupture, accompanied by a few dimple. The transgranular cleavage fracture was also observed in coarse particle
