船用海水淡化装置监控系统的模块化设计

摘    要:根据船用真空蒸馏式海水淡化装置的运行特点,开发出一套可视化监控系统,可以对整个装置的状态及工作参数进行动态实时监测。尤其采用了独特的前馈反馈控制方式,对该系统的产水量控制单元进行了重点模块化分析。只要把采集和分析的数据经扩充和修改,就可以将所开发的监控系统应用在其它类型海水淡化装置上。

Abstract:On the basis of the features and running way of marine seawater desalination device,the visual monitoring system is developed, which can finish signal detection and estimation of the whole divice. In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of hot-water and seawater supply system, feedforward compensation and the parameters optimization of PID feedback controller are performed by the system, especially freshwater output modularization is analyzed.The monitoring system performed will achieve the designs of the other seawater desalination devices, so long as its technical parameters picked and analyzed are extended and modified.
