| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了工程技术监督的概念，阐述了石油工程技术监督的法制性、技术性和管理性这三个基本特性，分析了石油工程技术监督在油气勘探中的重要作用。最后，从人性化管理、资源的科学配置及有效发挥第三方力量的角度，分析了石油工程技术监督管理的未来发展方向，并提出了未来石油勘探工程技术监督管理方面的建设性意见。
