水利水电工程建设中信息化建设具有重要意义,现有的一些工程管理信息系统有效性、实用性不强,对提高工作效率作用不大,有的还存在操作、使用繁琐等问题。现对国内的水利水电工程建设管理信息系统建设方式进行了总结,介绍了目前已经应用于工程实践的、较有代表性的一些管理系统,最后,对如何快速构建切实有效、简单使用的工程管理信息系统进行了探讨。

Discussion of Ways to Design Management Information System of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectricity

Information construction has important meaning in building water conservancy and hydropower projects. This paper makes a summary of local management information systems of water conservancy and hydropower projects' construction, introduces some management systems that have been already applied in the projects. In the end, the paper discusses how to quickly design, effectively and easy use for engineering management information systems.
