装配式建筑全寿命周期管理中BIM 与RFID 的应用

随着可持续发展观念的深化，建筑工业化与装配式建筑重新成为建筑业的热点。针对装配式建筑全寿命周期管理的特点，探讨将建筑信息模型和无线射频识别技术结合，解决建设项目全寿命周期管理中缺少将各阶段关联起来的关键性技术平台的问题，使各阶段、各参与方及时共享和交流信息，对建设项目全寿命周期管理产生积极的推动作用。

BIM and RFID Assisted Life Cycle Management of Prefabricated Buildings

With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development，the industrialization of construction and the prefabricated building become hot spot of building industry. In view of characteristics of the prefabricated building，this paper combines building information model and radio frequency identification technology with prefabricated building，to solve the problem that a key technology platform is lacking in the BLM. This approach helps all stakeholders create，share，exchange and manage information throughout the phases of lifecycle，and plays a positive role in promoting BLM.
