建筑工程质量事故影响因素的ISM 建模与分析

摘    要:工程质量是建设项目的生命,是项目成败的关键。对工程质量事故形成因素进行识别与分析,是控制和预防事故发生、提高工程质量的前提。以111 项典型工程质量事故案例为基础,提炼出13 项建筑工程质量事故影响因素,通过文献梳理、专家访谈对因素进行补充,最终确定16 项造成建筑工程质量事故的关键因素;构建建筑工程质量事故的ISM 模型,将 16 项质量事故影响因素划分为6 个层次,用有向图表示因素之间的相互关系;根据ISM 的结果,对建筑工程质量事故因素进行分析。

Abstract:Quality is the life of construction project and also a key factor to project success. Identification and analysis of engineering quality accident factors is the prerequisite for prevention of quality accidents and improvement of engineering quality. On the basis of 111 typical engineering quality accidents,13 factors of engineering quality accident were identified, and another 3 factors were supplemented by literature reading and expert interview. A quality accident factor set with 16 factors was formed; ISM model was constructed for the engineering quality accident; a factor division with 6 levels and a directed graph to reflect the relationship of factors were accomplished. Finally,an analysis of engineering quality accident factors was analyzed according to ISM conclusion.
