工程进度控制关键链法应用分析

摘    要:为了将工程进度控制最新理论成果——关键链法(CCPM)推广及应用到建筑工程项目,给工程项目管理人员提供一种新的方法,深度挖掘了关键链法的理论基础,并对该方法的应用步骤作出了具体的介绍。通过利用Crystal Ball 软件对某一工程实例的预测分析,证明了关键链法在保证项目工期上明显优于传统进度控制方法,因此关键链法在建筑工程项目进度控制上具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:To extend the application of the latest achievement in the engineering schedule control theory,the critical chain project management(CCPM)is introduced to the project schedule management of construction. The theory of CCPM is thoroughly investigated,and its procedures are introduced in detail,so as to provide an innovative thinking for decision making and management. Based on a practical example and analysis by Crystal Ball,the advantages of CCPM are obviously shown. Therefore the construction time limit can be guaranteed. The potential of CCPM is thus shown.
