Application Analysis of Critical Chain Project Management for Schedule Control

To extend the application of the latest achievement in the engineering schedule control theory，the critical chain project management（CCPM）is introduced to the project schedule management of construction. The theory of CCPM is thoroughly investigated，and its procedures are introduced in detail，so as to provide an innovative thinking for decision making and management. Based on a practical example and analysis by Crystal Ball，the advantages of CCPM are obviously shown. Therefore the construction time limit can be guaranteed. The potential of CCPM is thus shown.
