以保障房建设推动住宅产业化的发展

住宅产业化是今后住宅建设的发展趋势，然而我国住宅产业化还处于起步阶段，产业化程度比较低。在政府大力倡导建设保障房之时，提出将保障房的产业化建设作为实现住宅产业化的突破口，并通过列举在保障房建设中应用住宅产业化技术的优势，对保障房实施产业化的必要性进行分析。结合我国保障房的需求现状及住宅产业化现状，总结出在保障房建设中发展住宅产业化的相关措施。以万科上坊保障房项目为例，阐述万科在保障房建设中的具体产业化措施，并给出推动住宅产业化的建议。

Promoting Housing Industrialization Development Through Indemnificatory Apartment Construction

Housing industrialization is a future developing trend，but the housing industrialization in China is still in the initial stage and industrialization degree is relatively low. By the chance of government strongly advocating on the construction of indemnificatory apartment，we put forward that the industrial construction of indemnificatory apartment is a breakthrough point to realize the industrialization of the whole housing industry. Necessity of industrialization of indemnificatory apartment and advantages brought by the application of housing industrialization technology are analyzed. Based on present situation of indemnificatory apartment needs and housing industrialization in China，relevant measures in construction of indemnificatory apartment are summarized. Taking Vanke as example，specific measures of Vanke’s indemnificatory apartment industrialization are presented and some suggestions are given.
