基于结构方程模型的建筑企业客户关系能力评价研究

摘    要:为了使建筑企业有效地提高客户关系能力、实施客户关系管理、构建良好的客户关系、赢得市场竞争优势,应用结构方程模型方法,构建建筑企业客户关系能力评价体系;并在问卷调查的基础上,运用SPSS17.0 和Amos17.0 软件进行一阶验证性因子分析和二阶验证性因子分析。研究表明,6 个一阶因子之间相互影响,并对二阶因子“建筑企业客户关系能力” 具有较高的系数。其中,一阶因子“组织体系保障能力”的标准化系数最高。

Abstract:In order to effectively improve customer relational capability,implement customer relationship management,build up good customer relationships and achieve competitive advantage for construction enterprises,customer relational capability evaluation system of construction enterprises is established based on Structural Equation Modeling. After questionnaire survey,a first-order CFA(Confirmative Factor Analysis)model and a second-order CFA model are analyzed by the SPSS17.0 and Amos17.0 software. The results show that six first-order factors interact with each other those have high contributions to the second-order factor. Among them,the standardized regression weight of organizational system support capability is the highest.
