基于ISM的心理契约对虚拟企业知识共享影响研究

虚拟企业作为一种新的组织形式日益引起人们的关注，其成功组建的重要基础是成员企业间的知识共享。然而，在信息化时代，科技迅猛发展，虚拟企业在知识共享过程中受到一些来自内外部因素的影响；与此同时，在分析企业及个人活动时，运用心理契约的理论知识成为学术界的一种潮流。从心理契约的角度出发，通过构建ISM模型对虚拟企业知识共享影响因素进行分析与讨论，进而探寻各因素在知识共享过程中所起的作用，并得出具有普遍意义的一般结论，为知识管理理论提供补充，为企业制定决策提供参考。

Influence of Psychological Contract to Virtual Enterprise Knowledge Sharing Based on ISM

As a new form of organization，virtual enterprise (VE) attracts more attention，and knowledge sharing is the key to formation of VE. In the information age, process of knowledge sharing among virtual enterprises is influenced by some factors from inner and outer factors. The factors are analyzed using ISM from the aspect of psychological contract. The roles of different factors are found. The results provide supplementary for knowledge management theory and can be references for decision making.
