摘    要:对转基因玉米 NK603基体标准物质荧光定量PCR方法的关键参数进行了方法验证,结果表明该方法适合于标准物质量值协同实验。选择7家实验室采用经过验证的方法对3个水平的转基因玉米NK603基体标准物质量值进行了协同实验,通过分析比较各参与实验室的实验条件、标准曲线的参数,进一步证明该方法室间重复性较好。经统计学分析各参与实验室的数据等精度,3个水平基体标准物质的量值和扩展不确定度分别为0.57%±0.11%、1.21%±0.30%和4.92%±1.80%(k=2)。

Abstract:To validate the key parameters of the real time PCR method for GM maize NK603,the result shows that this real time PCR method can be used to assign the value for GM maize NK603 matrix reference material.Seven laboratories are chosen to characterize the property values of three different GM content matrix reference materials by using the same method.Although different types of instruments are used by different lab,the standard curve generated by each lab is comparable which indicate that this method has a good reproducibility.The statistic test shows the data from different labs with equal.The values and expanded uncertainties for three matrix GM reference material are 0.57%±0.11%,1.21%±0.30% and 4.92%±1.80%(k=2).
