摘    要:采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)法定量分析丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物(SAN)中的丙烯腈,利用丙烯腈在2237 cm-1处的吸收峰及苯乙烯在700 cm-1处的吸收峰,建立了FTIR法快速测定SAN中丙烯腈组分含量的标准工作曲线,对其准确性和精密度进行了评价。结果表明,测定样品的最大相对误差为2.8 %,重复测定同一样片的相对标准偏差为2.48 %,方法的准确性和精密度良好。

Abstract:In the paper, the content of acrylonitrile in SAN was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR). By means of the acrylonitrile's characteristic peak at 2237 cm-1 and styrene's characteristic peak at 700 cm-1, the calibrated curve for determining the acrylonitrile content in SAN by FTIR spectrometry was established and its veracity and precision were evaluated. Results showed that its maximum relative error was 2.8 % , the relative standard deviation was 2.48 % when determining the same sample. The method had good veracity and precision.
