| 摘 要： | 高校科技成果转化是科技与经济相结合的关键环节,是最直接、最有效的促进经济发展的形式。文中以高校水利工程类成果转化为研究对象,从理论上研析了高校水利工程类成果转化的内涵,探寻了该类转化的流程,旨在揭示该类成果转化的内在机理。

| Abstract: | The transformation of sci-tech achievements studied in universities is a key-link of the combination of science and economy,and then is a most direct and effective form to promote economic development.Taking the transformation of the sci-tech achievements from the relevant water conservancy projects studied in universities as the study object,the connotations of the transformations are theoretically analyzed herein with the discussion on the process concerned,so as to reveal the inherent mechanism of the transformations of such achievements. |
