磁通反向电机的变网络等效磁路模型

摘    要:磁通反向电机(Flux-Reversal Machine,FRM)是一种新型双凸极永磁电机,当前对FRM的研究大都基于有限元分析法进行,但该方法在分析速度和使用的方便性上尚不令人满意.本文基于变网络等效磁路法分析FRM,建立了FRM的变网络等效磁路模型,推导了气隙磁导计算公式,并用节点磁位法得到FRM的非线性等效磁路方程,通过求解该方程,对电机的绕组磁链、空载感应电动势、电感等静态特性进行了分析计算.实验结果表明了所述理论和方法的正确性和有效性.

Abstract:Flux-reversal machine (FRM) is a novel doubly salient permanent magnet machine. The finite element method was usually used in FRM analysis, but it was not satisfied in its speed and convenience. The network-varying equivalent magnetic circuit (NVEMC) method is adopted in this paper. A NVEMC modeling is developed for FRM, and the air-gap permeance is formulated. The nonlinear equivalent magnetic circuit equation for FRM is obtained through magnetic bus potential method, and the static characteristics of FRM is analyzed. Experimental results verify the validity of the proposed idea and method.
