摘    要:无级变速(CVT)控制系统的难点是实现发动机和传动系统的最佳匹配。本文针对由发动机、离合器、CVT传动系统和汽车载荷构成的汽车整体模型,建立了无级变速汽车传动系统数学模型。在此基础上建立了以最佳燃油经济性为控制目的的整车动态仿真模型,设计了参数自调整PD速比控制器,并对4种典型汽车运行工况进行了仿真和分析。仿真结果表明所建模型正确合理。

Abstract:The difficulty to develop Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) control system is to implement optimal match between engine and transmission system. According to the principle of mechanical transmission, the mathematical model of transmission system, composed of the engine, the electromagnetic clutch, CVT and the load, is established. Based on the model, the integrated dynamic simulation model that is for the purpose of minimum fuel consumption is established, and the speed ratio controller of selfadjusting parameter is designed. Finally, four typical operation conditions of the car are simulated and the simulation results are analyzed in detail. The simulation results show that the model established in the paper is correct and reasonable.
