| 摘 要： | 针对从CT图像中获取被测工件精确尺寸的要求，使用了特定的算法对CT图像进行处理，采用了新颖的基于矩匹配算法进行边缘的定位，通过对模拟和实际CT图像进行测量获得亚像素级的测量精度，此方法优于常规方法。
