涤纶共纺丝的发展概况及应用

对涤纶共纺纤维的种类、性能、成型特点及其在仿天然纤维方面的应用作了论述。指出涤纶共纺纤维除具有普通涤纶的特性外,还具有混色效应、高膨松性和柔软性、价康等特点,可用作仿丝绸织物、仿毛织物、凹凸型及绉类织物、拉绒及人造麂皮类织物等,是一种用途广泛、性能优良的化纤新品种。

THE DEVELOPING SITUATION AND APPLICATIONS OF MINGLED DACRON FILAMENT

The developing situation of a new fibre variety-mingled dacron filament(MDF) has been reviewed in this paper and the types properties, characteristics of shaping and the application in the field of natural-fibre-like of MDF discussed in details as well. It is pointed out that MDF, except the common properties of ordinary polyester fibres, has characteristics of colour-mixing effect, good bulkiness, flaxibility and low cost.MDF can be used for making imitated silk fabrics, imitated wool fabrics, concave-convex type fabrics, crepe fabrics, flannelet-like fabrics, etc. It is a very promissing fibre variety with excellent perfoomance and wide application.
