尼龙轮胎帘子线油剂及其发展

摘    要:简述了国内轮胎帘子线油剂工业的现状及尼龙轮胎帘子线油剂应具有的特性和作用,并提出增强与橡胶的粘结度及耐疲劳度的几种具体方法(即在油剂中加入少量有机金属盐、含氮有机化合物、带有苯环的物质)。指出油剂热稳定性的好坏与其各组分的热稳定性有直接关系。分析了结焦和发烟的原因及防止的办法(即阴离子活性剂和含双健结构的油剂用量要适当;适当用一些结构上具有共轭双健、芳香族等共振稳定性物;添加抗氧化剂;利用解聚挥发以及对原料进行精制等方法)。

NYL.SPIN-FINISHES FOR TYRE CORD AND ITS DEVELOPMENT
Abstract:The recent situation of tyre cord finish insdustry in China, the properites and usage of Nylon tyre cord finish have been briefly presented in this paper, and several methods (i. e. adding a little amount of organic metal-salt, organic matter with Nitrogen and the matter with bcnzen ring into the finish) for enhancing the viscosity and fatigue durability have been put forward. It is considered that the thermal stability of the finish depends on those of each elements directly. The reasons of tar and smoke have been investigated, five methods for avoiding them have been also discussed as follows: the quantities of anion ion activator and the finish with double bonds should be proper; using aromatic compound with conjugate double bonds; adding antioxygen; using depolymerization; using fine materials.
