1,2—聚丁二烯橡胶在飞机轮胎胎面胶上的应用

摘    要:应用1,2—聚丁二烯(1,2—PB)和天然橡胶(NR)共混制造飞机轮胎胎面胶。研究了共混此(NR/1,2—PB)、硫磺(S)、促进剂(CZ)和炭黑并用比(ISAF/HAF)等变量对硫化胶性能的影响规律,采用最优设计理论对配方进行了优选,得到了具有交互效应的优选配方,并且和NR,NR/SBR配方进行了对比。结果表明,于天然胶中并用15~30份1,2—PB后,在保持胎面胶综合性能的基础上,共混胶具有优越的抗湿滑性、低生热性和耐老化性,并且满足飞机轮胎的使用高低温要求。

Abstract:Blend of NR/1, 2—PB Can be used for the tread of the aeroplane tire. The effects of blend ratio of NR/1, 2—PB, sulfur, accelerator and carbon black on vulcanization properties were investigated. And optimum recipes were obtained with optimization theory. Compared with NR and NR/SBR recipes, the experimental data showed, on the basis of keeping synthetical properties, the blend of NR/1, 2—PB had lower heat build—up, better aging resistance and higher wet skid resistance as well as the advantage to meet the demands of the aeroplane tire.
