为了企业能在复杂多交的市场竞争环境中生存,构建敏捷企业势在必行.根据敏捷企业对于敏捷业务和IT系统敏捷性的要求,提出了由BPM和SOA组合构建敏捷企业的架构.采用BPM实现企业的业务敏捷性,使用SOA实现IT系统的敏捷性,从而使高层业务整合更加方便,真正实现了敏捷企业的构建.实验证明,此框架不但能有效地整合企业现有的资源,还最大限度地提升了企业的竞争力.

Building Framework Based on BPM and SOA for Agile Enterprise

In order to survival in complex market environment, it is imperative that enterprise structure agile enterprise. According to the agile enterprise ask for promptness of enterprise business and the IT system, an agile enterprise architecture which is based on the combination of BPM and SOA is proposed in this paper. Adoptting BPM to realize the promptness of enterprise business agility , and adoptting SOA to realize the promptness of IT system. It is convenient to integrate high-level business and build agile enterprises authentically. Experiments have proved that this framework not only effectively integrated the enterprise resources, but also elevated competitiveness of businesses.
