| Abstract: | Helping the poor and needy is an important task of SOE(state-owned enterprise) trade unions as well as an important Chinese Communist Party close tie with the masses.Aiming at the problems in the present work of helping the poor and needy,the author advocates taking practicable measures to promote the harmony,stability and growth of enterprises. |
