Ce3+掺杂PbTiO3钛酸铅陶瓷的制备及导电性能研究

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶(Sol-Gel)法制备了Ce3 掺杂钛酸铅超细粉体,并烧结成陶瓷.讨论了pH、温度等条件对制备Ce3 掺杂钛酸铅凝胶的影响因素,确定了最佳工艺条件.同时利用XRD对钛酸铅粉体进行了物相分析,用SEM进行了形貌表征,还测试了其介电性能.结果表明Ce的掺杂,可使钛酸铅电阻率下降6个数量级.

Abstract:PbTiO3 superfines doped with Ce3 were prepared by the Sol-Gel method,then the PbTiO3 ceramics were sintered with the superfines.The influence of different factors on PbTiO3 gel doped with Ce3 is discussed,and the optimal process was decided for preparation of the ceramics.The phase and microstructure were characterized by XRD and SEM,respectively.In addition,measurements of Ce-doped PbTiO3.showed that the resistivity of samples decreased by six orders of magnitude owing to Ce doping.
