基于DSP的单相桥式级联逆变器SPWM的研究

摘    要:级联型多电平逆变器拓扑及其控制策略的研究和实现是当前高压大功率电能变换器实现的重要环节。文章介绍了2H桥级联五电平逆变器的主电路,采用了载波相移PWM法对其控制,分析了电路的工作原理和控制规则,推导出了输出电压的解析表达式;采用TI公司DSP芯片TMS320F2812控制器设计实现了控制电路。对2H桥级联型五电平逆变器的输出电压波形和频谱的实验分析结果验证了理论分析的正确性,证明了控制方法的正确性和DSP实现载波移相技术的便捷性。
