Decode Bakery China 2005

Bakery China 2005 came to a close on 19 May 2005 with an increase in visitor numbers from 48,000 to 55,000. This two-and-a-half-day event attracted 636 exhibitors. The exhibitors presented their products and services on 35,000 square metres of gross exhibition spacein four halls at the Everbright Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai. The ranges spanned baking and confectionery machinery and equipment, raw materials and ingredients, decoration materials, packaging machinery and materials.
