存在气流时消声器消声性能的试验研究

摘    要:在自行设计建造的模拟试验台上,对排气消声器分有、无气流两种情况进行试验研究。无气流时,消声器消声量的计算结果与实测结果基本一致;有气流作用时,两者的差距明显增加。研究结果表明:消声器的消声量随气流速度的增大而减小,说明流速是影响消声器性能的重要因素。这对消声器的设计和研究有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The experiments of the exhaust mufflers with and without airflow have been carried out on the simulating test rig. The experimental results show that the calculation results nearly agree with the experimental ones when the muffler is without airflow, but there are observable differences between the two results as the muffler is with airflow. It is also been show that the sound elimination quantity of the muffler decreases as the airflow speed increases. Therefore the airflow speed is an important factor which affects the muffler performance. These results can apply to muffler design and research.
