微孔陶瓷膜过滤的阻塞状况及再生方法

摘    要:通过对平板陶瓷膜为过滤介质的动态旋叶压滤机的微滤实验,研究了阻塞系数K的影响因素;对陶瓷膜的再生效率进行了探讨,提出了有效的再生方法;与有机膜进行了对比实验,得到了对工程实际有指导意义的一些初步结论,显示了用陶瓷膜作为动态旋叶压滤机过滤介质的优越性。

Abstract:Through micro filtration experiments of dynamic rotating impeller press filters using plate ceramic membrane as filter media,the influence factors of clogging coefficient K was studied,the regeneration efficiency of ceramic membrane was discussed,the efficient regeneration methods were proposed,comparative experiments were made with organic membrane,some primary valuable conclusions were derived,the excellences of ceramic membrane for dynamic rotating impeller press filters were shown.
