高效节能型冲击式采掘机械工作机构的设计

摘    要:简要介绍煤炭生产中煤体的破坏原则,分析现有冲击式工作机构的工作原理及不足.阐述新型冲击机构工作原理,设计过程及自身特点.在性能方面,它充分利用了煤岩体的力学性能特点,不必增大功率,即能够破坏中、高硬度煤层,并有效提高块煤率、降低粉尘量.在结构方面,它具有结构简单,维修性能好,不需要液压等复杂驱动装置,可靠性高等特点.该机构的形式为采掘机械及相关类型机构设计提供了一种新的参考.

Abstract:The principle of coal breaking, analysis results of existing impact operating mechanism, working principle of new impact operating mechanism and its design process are introduced. Coal mechanical characteristic can be makes good use of to break hard coal mass, gain higher coal lump rate and less quantity of coal powder with common power by the new impact operating mechanism. In structure aspect, so much good property such as simple structure, easy to maintain, high credibility can be got. A new reference is offered to the design of pick mining machine and relative mechanism.
