武器装备规划与决策方法研究

摘    要:同类不同型装备的效能易于量化比较,但不同类属装备的效能别难以直接比较。通过对系统工程理论中的方法进行研究,提出用层次分析法解决不同类属武器装备的相对优劣评估问题。理论研究与算例结果表明,层次分析法解决此类问题是行之有效的,可用于装备体系的规划与决策。

On Exploring the Effectiveness of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Procedure) in Weapons-System Planning and Decision Making
Abstract:We employ the Analytic Hierarchy Procedure (AHP) of system engineering, described in Ref.3, to evaluate quantitatively the operational effectiveness of weapons systems. As a first step we investigate the operational effectiveness of weapons systems used in ground attack. In using AHP, we evaluate operational effectiveness of all categories and all sorts of weapons in each weapons system for ground attack; Tables 1 and 2 give results of such evaluation for six weapons systems. Then we use eq.(5) to compute the effectiveness as a whole of each weapons system; Table 3 gives the results of such evaluation of six weapons systems. Table 3 shows that a bomber designed for ground attack is highest in effectiveness and an armed helicopter is next in effectiveness; these results agree with the evaluation of experts. Our investigation into weapons systems for ground attack shows preliminarily that AHP is promising in weapons system planning and decision making; of course, further research is necessary.
