| Abstract: | In this paper,The algorithms of Coding 7-bit characters in PDU are introduced,and the programming to code 7-bit characters are designed.Then the program's Effectiveness are tested under different characters in variable length and content.Test results show the programming to code 7-bit characters is effective. |
