| 摘 要： | 介绍尿素装置二氧化碳压缩机组在运行过程中出现的问题及所采取的技术改造措施.将现场联锁开关信号直接引入DCS输入卡,回路状态可以直接显示,解决了32台联锁开关同时动作的问题,并对机组的测振回路进行了改造.

| Abstract: | A presentation is givern of the problems arisen during the operation of the CO2 compressor unit in the urea plant and the adoption of the technological renovation measures.The on-site interlock switch signals are sent directly to the DCS input card,the circuit state can display directly,solving the problem of simultaneous action of 32 interlock switches,and the vibration measuring circuit of the unit is renovated. |
