| 摘 要： | 阐述了刮板式捞渣机在Shell煤气化装置运行中存在的铸石衬板脱落,驱动链卡链、跳链、断链,2套圆环链因受力不均而出现刮板与壳体刮、卡、碰现象,箱体变形等问题,并对出现的问题进行详细分析探讨.提出了相应的整改措施,即改进衬板结构、改单侧驱动为双侧驱动、加固箱体等,提高了捞渣机运行稳定性,延长了运行周期.

| Abstract: | Problems are described that are met in the operation of the scraper conveyor for the Shell coal gasification unit,including the cracking-off of the cast stone liner plate,jamming of the driving chain,chain stripping,chain rupture,scraping,jamming and colliding of the scraper blade and the shell due to uneven stress on the round link chains,and deformation of the case,so a detailed analysis is done of the problems.Relevant rectification and reformation measures are proposed,viz.,improvement in the structure ... |
