低矮式破碎机偏心轴的模糊优化设计

摘    要:采用模糊数学的方法对低矮式破碎机偏心轴的截面尺寸进行了优化设计,在满足安装条件和传动性能要求条件下,使得偏心轴质量最小.在优化设计方案中考虑了影响设计的模糊因素,建立了模糊优化设计的数学模型,并给出了基于Matlab的优化方法和结果分析.

Abstract:The spindle of Crusher' s eccentric shaft is optimised to get the object of the minimum weight with fuzzy mathematics under the conditions of meeting the demands of installation and transmission property. The design process deals with fuzzy factors. The maths model in fuzzy design optimization is set up and the optimization method based on Matlab and result analysis are demonstrated.
