Preparation technology and Study Progress of Silver-Coated Copper Powder

The preparation technology and study status of silver-coated copper powder were introduced. The preparation methods of silver-coated copper powder include substitution, chemical reduction, substitution in combination with chemical deposition, melting atomization. The composition of plating bath, depositing mechanism were analyzed when both substitution and chemical reductiofi methods were used for preparing silver-coated copper powder. The preparative technology was designated. The applications and prospect of sliver-coated copper powders were also proposed.
