| 摘 要： | 采用TJ-HL-T5000型连续横流CO2激光器对45钢表面进行激光熔凝处理.通过熔凝后的组织和性能变化,研究了熔凝处理对45钢的影响.结果显示,表面熔凝后的组织受固溶强化、位错强化和细晶强化等强化作用,使材料机械性能显著提高.

| Abstract: | Laser melting treatment 45 steel was performed with HJ - HL - T5000 continuous wave CO2 laser, It was studied that Laser melting treatment 45 steel was effected through transformation of microstructure and property. The result showed that mechanical property was increased because of solution strength, dislocation strength and fine - crystal strength of microstructure . |
