| 摘 要： | 分析了轮辐水平切边工艺，着重阐述了斜楔内涨式水平切边模具的结构、工作原理以及主要工作部件的设计和参数计算。使用水平切边模具，可以完成轮辐的水平切边加工。充分展示了斜楔机构的设计巧妙，动作可靠，生产效率高，工艺质量好。

| Abstract: | The horizontal trimming technology of spoke is analyzed. The structure of inclinedwedge internal-swelling horizontal trimming die, work principle and the design and calculation of major working parts are elaborated. With horizontal trimming die, horizontal trilnming process can be fulfilled. It shows the design benefit of inclined-wedge with reliable work, high production efficiency and good technical quality. |
