| 摘 要： | 高炉冷却壁被用于大中型高炉，以此来保护高炉外壳及炉衬，冷却壁的耐热强度对高炉的使用寿命起着很重要的作用，甚至可以说冷却壁的寿命基本上决定了高炉的使用寿命。通过计算第三、四代冷却壁的热应力比较，建议采用由第三代冷却壁改进的分段镶砖一体化并带有薄助的第四代冷却壁。

| Abstract: | Cooling stave is used in large and middle sized BF for protecting BF shell and lining,its heat (resistant) power plays an important part in the improvement of service life of BF,even may say,the life of cooling stave substantially determines the service life of BF-Making a comparison between the thermal stresses of the third and fourth generation of cool-ing stave,it is proposed to adopt the fourth generation of cooling stavewith thin rib and inte-grated multi-section lining,which is an improved third generation of cooling stave. |
