摘    要:以上海南京东路新康大楼历史保护建筑的实际改造施工为背景,针对现有的应力监测产品,借助智能自组网技术、低功耗技术,提出了一种高效自组网算法和智能控制策略,并配合实际施工过程中的大量调试、检测,最终研发出了自组网低功耗应力监测采集模块设备。该设备采用多种技术协同工作的原理,对现有硬件系统进行优化设计和开发,提高了应力传感器设备的监测频率、使用寿命、数据精确度等,从而既提高了实际工程监测的工作效率,又提升了结构受力的监测准确性。

Abstract:Based on the actual reconstruction of the historical protection building of Xinkang building,Nanjing East Road,Shanghai,in view of the existing stress monitoring products,with the help of intelligent ad hoc network technology and low power consumption technology,an efficient ad hoc network algorithm and intelligent control strategy are proposed,and combined with a large number of debugging and testing in the actual construction process,an ad hoc network,low power consumption stress monitoring and acquisition module equipment is developed finally.The equipment adopts the principle of multi-technology cooperation to optimize the design and development of the existing hardware system,and improves the monitoring frequency,service life and data accuracy of the stress sensor equipment,which not only improves the work efficiency of actual engineering monitoring,but also improves the accuracy of structural stress monitoring.
