| 摘 要： | 公共机构节能主管部门已发布《公共机构能耗定额标准编制及应用指南》,这为合理设定公共机构节能目标,提高公共机构节能管理精细化水平起到了重要的指导作用.本文根据各地区公共机构能耗定额标准编制实践,提出了完善公共机构能耗定额管理的建议.

| Abstract: | The department of energy conversations of public institution has issued the Guidelines for the Formulation and Implementation of Energy Consumption Quota Standards for Public Institutions,which can play an important role in guiding the rational setting of energy conservation targets and improving the delicacy level of energy management in public institutions.Based on the practice of compiling standard of energy consumption quota for public institutions in various regions,this paper discusses the feasibility of implementing energy consumption quota management and puts forward relevant suggestions. |
