| 摘 要： | 在房建工程项目数字化管理中借鉴工作分解结构(WBS)原理进行信息编码系统设计,即在编码系统基础上建立数字模型,以推进项目管理精细化。结合工程实践,阐述运用WBS原理设计开发房建工程的WBS编码系统,使WBS在项目成本、进度、质量以及BIM模型技术方面的数字化应用更有实用性并提升管理效率。

| Abstract: | In the digital management of housing construction engineering project,the principle of work breaApplication of Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)Principle in Information Coding System of Housing Construction Engineeringkdown structure(WBS)is used for reference to design the information coding system,that is to establish a digital model based on the coding system to promote the refinement of project management.Combined with the engineering practice,the W B S coding system of the housing construction engineering is designed and developed based on the principle of WBS,which makes the digitalization application of W B S more practical and improves management efficiency in project cost,schedule,quality,and BIM model technology. |
