| 摘 要： | 采用中性盐雾试验方法模拟架空管道使用环境,对20钢无缝管道试样进行连续喷雾试验,比较了工程中6种常用防腐涂层防腐性能。结果表明：收缩带和环氧粉末与聚乙烯复合涂层试样防腐性能较好,正黄色氯磺化聚乙烯和双层熔结环氧粉末涂层试样防腐性能其次,单层熔结环氧粉末试样和红丹银粉涂层试样防腐性能较差。图9参14

| Abstract: | The continuous spray tests of carbon steel 20 seamless pipeline samples were carried out under the simulate the elevated pipeline condition produced by neutral salt fog tests. The anti-corrosion properties of the typical 6 anticorrosive coatings were compared. The results show that：in neutral salt fog corrosion environment,the anti-corrosion properties of polyethylene heat shrinkable wraparound sleeve and epoxy powder polyethylene mixed coating is the best,the second one is chlorosulfonated polyethylene and dual-layer fusion bonded epoxy powder coating,the third one is the single-layer fusion bonded epoxy powder and lead tetroxide aluminum powder coating. |
