微量合金元素对铸造不锈钢力学性能的影响

摘    要:利用正交试验研究了微量合金元素(Nb、V、Zr)对18-8型不锈钢铸态组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:在钢液中存在一定量V、Nb等强碳化物元素时, C能提高不锈钢的抗拉强度和伸长率;Zr对抗拉强度影响显著但对伸长率无明显影响;V对力学性能影响不明显,但与碳的交互作用明显.

Abstract:Influences of trace elements Nb, V and Zr on the mechanical properties of as-cast 18-8 stainless steel were studied by orthogonaldesign experiments. The results show that Nb is the key factor affecting the microstructure and mechanical properties of the as-cast stainless steel, and C can increase the tensile strength and elongation on the basis of existing some elements such as V and Nb, and Zr plays more significant influence on tensile strength but unobvious on elongation, and V has an unobvious influence on mechanical properties but obvious when interacting with C.
