钢管限制对自应力混凝土膨胀的影响

摘    要:通过对自由条件下的4种不同配合比自应力混凝土和11组不同配合比、不同尺寸的自应力钢管混凝土进行连续观测,讨论了不同条件下混凝土结构所产生的自应力变化规律,分析了自应力混凝土的自由膨胀、限制膨胀和有效膨胀等应变特点及其影响因素.试验结果表明:自应力钢管混凝土的含钢率,试件截面尺寸、长细比,核心混凝土的配合比等因素对结构自应力大小和核心混凝土的不同膨胀应变都有较大影响,并且相同影响因素对于不同膨胀应变的影响也有很大不同.

Abstract:4 batches of self-stressing concrete with different mixture proportions and 11 self-stressing concrete filled steel tubes were continuously monitored.Effect of various conditions on the structural self-stress is discussed.Strain characteristics of different expansion factors(such as free expansion,confined expansion and effective expansion,etc) and the influential factors are analyzed.It is shown that some factors((e.g.) steel ratio,section dimension,aspact ratio,mix proportions of concrete etc.) have a significant effect on self-stress and expansion.It can also be drawn that the same factor has different effect on various expansions.
