| 摘 要： | 通过实验室热模拟试验、高速线材轧机工业性热机轧制试验,掌握了免退火冷镦钢热机轧制生产工艺,成功开发出了免退火高强度冷镦钢盘条SWRCH35K-M,用其生产的8.8级内六角螺栓,性能完全达到了相关标准要求.

| Abstract: | The thermomechanical simulating tests were carried out on a Gleeble-2000 thermomechanical simulator,and the industrial thermo-mechanical milling tests were carried out on Masteel's high speed wire rod mill.On the basis of researching results,the high strength non-annealed cold heading steel wire rod SWRCH35K-M was successfully producted in Masteel.Inside hexagonal bolts made by the wire rod meet the requirements of relative systems. |
