多相永磁无刷电动机系统仿真及分析

摘    要:推导了永磁电机电磁转矩和反电势的一般表达式,建立了考虑电感谐波和气隙磁密谐波的多相永磁无刷直流电机数学模型。对具有两套三相绕组互隔30°电角度的六相永磁无刷电动机系统进行仿真并与实验数据比较,结果表明该数学模型能准确分析计算电机的性能,并得出了多相电机可以大大降低转矩波动的结论。

Abstract:The general expressions for electromagnetic torque and back electromagnetic force are derived.The multiphase permanet magnet brushless DC motor(PMBLDCM) mathematical model is established which considers the harmonic components of winding inductances and air gap flux density.The results of simulation and experiment carried out on the six-phase machine system show that the mathematical model can be used to analyze multiphase PMBLDCM and its' system accurately,and multiphase machine can greatly reduce the torque ripples.
