摘    要:分析了边界层对水泵叶片冲蚀磨损的影响,研究认为叶片表面的波纹状磨痕是紊流边界层猝发涡拟序结构的烙印。通过对边界层参数的计算推论磨痕波长和波深演变规律,提出了冲蚀磨损机理新的研究思路。

Abstract:The effect of boundary layer on the erosion wear cause of the pump blade is analyzed . Studies accept that wavy wear trace for blade face is a brand of the ready-ordered structure of abrupt vortex in turbulent boundary layer. Evolutional rule of wear trace wavelength and wave hollow from calculation of boundary layer parameter are deduced. A new thread of researches in erosion wear is provided .
