摘    要:自保温混凝土多孔砖建筑体系是一种承重与保温于一体的新型建筑结构体系。外墙采用自保温混凝土多孔砖砌筑,对构造柱、圈梁、过梁、楼板等热桥部位设计了普通混凝土构件外加EPS复合板和采用自保温混凝土两种节能方案,对门窗洞口、楼板顶面等部位也设计了相应的保温措施,其热工性能达到规范要求的节能65%的要求。此体系具备方便省时、价格低廉等诸多优点。

Abstract:Self-thermal-insulation perforated concrete brick building system is a new building structure system possessing load bearing and thermal insulation functions. Self-thermal-insulation perforated concrete brick masonry is adopted on external wall. Two energy-saving methods, including ordinary concrete member plus EPS composite board and self-thermal-insulation concrete, are designed for thermal-bridge positions, such as constructional column, ring beam, over beam and floor slab, etc. In addition, relevant insulation measures are designed at the door and window openings and on top of floor slabs. Its heat engineering performance meets 65% of energy-saving requirements specified in specifications. This system is convenient, timesaving and cost saving.
