| 摘 要： | 近年来，四川为了提高欠平衡钻井装备性能和满足欠平衡钻井技术发展的要求，开展了l0．5MPa旋转控制头、ZQF-1400／1．5钻井液气分离器、600kN不压井起下井内管串的配套装备、欠平衡钻井数据自动采集系统、大通径节流管汇、欠平衡取心工具、不压井测井专用工具、油管单向定压阀和旋转控制头的胶芯等欠平衡钻井装备的攻关，并完善了3．5、5、7MPa压力级别系列欠平衡钻井配套装备的BY30-2型不压井起下井内管串装置，文中主要介绍了四川近年来进行欠平衡钻井装备的研究与现场应用情况，并提出了今后四川欠平衡钻井装备的发展建议。

| Abstract: | In recent yeon,in order to improve underbalanced drilling equipments property and meet underbalanced drilling technology development's need,a series of researches have been progressed in Sichuan,such as 10.5 MPa RCH,ZQF-1400/1.5 drilling fluid and gas separator,vacuum degasser,and so on.This paper mainly introduces underbalanced drilling equipments' research and applications cases in Sichuan in recent years.Some advices about developing underbalanced drilling equipments in Sichuan are put forwart. |
